Hi I have recently subscribed for the Zoho CRM. I am unable to modify any of the labels in the product fields. Also I am unable to set any workflow automation and hence not able to control the data's entered by users. Data such as list price, discount and tax are all editable and can lead to issues in pricing uniformity.
