This issue has been happening all year. Last year was our first year using Zoho CRM so we took a lot of time to input our client information and as we are going back through the clients editing any new info I am finding that a box that was once filled is now empty and we have to redo the work we put in last year. The attachment shows what I’m referencing. Is there a way to keep this from happening?
