Zoho CRM account cannot add user neither reset password

Hi,

Am having a problem, I've created my account through google apps, tried to add a new user, but the new user was added to a new zoho account.

Neither of us are receiving emails from Zoho - no they're not in spam we've checked - and we cannot change the email address on the new user to re-invite cause we can't change the password, link from zoho to reset password never arrives!

We're stuck and would really like to start trialling your product!
