Hi,
We send a credit application link to our customers via email, which is managed through Zoho Campaigns. When a customer submits the form, it automatically creates a new account in Zoho CRM.
We would like to know how to stop this from creating duplicate accounts. Additionally, if a new account is created through this form, does the submitted information update any existing account in Zoho CRM, or is it treated as a separate entry?
