Hi Looking for Help.

 

If we convert a Lead in Zoho CRM so we have a opportunity/potential on this then by default it creates an Account on the system.

 

However if we want the CRM to manage information on our current customer base where would we keep the base information. Not sure if I want it all merged under accounts as this could be confusing.

Any sugestions
