What tools are available to you as a Zoho CRM Administrator? 

For instance, I want to set up a client of mine who has 40+ users - is there an administrator console where I can manage the deployment to everyone? I know one can add users and set their permissions from the setup screen in Zoho CRM,but what about integrating their current email address from a central admin console? Or do I need to login into each user's account in order to set that up for them (which is OK, I just want to double-check what tools are available to me)
