Zoho CRM and Books --->  sales orders into invoices

We are looking at moving over from Quickbooks/ Salesforce into Zoho CRM and Zoho Books.

A key thing is sales orders.  We get bulk sales orders & then issue invoices when items are ready for shipment, sending off invoices for parts of the order.

From what I can tell, we can raise a sales order in zoho crm, but can we issue invoices from that sales order in zoho books?
