We would like to mail merge our Zoho CRM B2B Database of customers and email the list to our SMS provider - http://www.directsms.com.au (or other supplier) who will convert to an SMS campaign.

The campaign will SMS a request to collect emails addresses (with gift incentive).

The customer will SMS their email address back to the SMS provider.

This bit should be easy but how do we get it back into Zoho ?? Is it through both API's and whats the best way?
