Zoho CRM and Support Integration
I am currently trialing zoho crm and zoho support with a view of using in our company.
I have linked the two by entering the api key from zoho support into zoho crm and I can see tickets are being assigned to the contact if their email already exists. The issue is no leads are being created off the back of a ticket in zoho support.
Is my understanding of the system right, in that a lead should be generated when the email address is not in the system?
