Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail sent mail
Sorry if this is the wrong area, I am not sure if this is a Zoho Mail issue or Zoho CRM issue. I have set up a free Zoho CRM account and Zoho Mail account, for testing, using the same login email for both. I have enabled IMAP, and mail sent and received in my desktop mail client appears correctly on the webmail and vice versa. Also, mail related to a contact is viewable in the Zoho CRM Contacts module. However, mail sent directly from Zoho CRM Contacts module is stored in that Module but a copy is neither available in Zoho Mail or my desktop mail client. I require all emails, sent and received, to be available in both Mail and CRM. Is it necessary then to ignore the Contact module send feature, and use only Zoho Mail and the desktop mail client for sending emails to contacts?
