Hello Folks,
I am fairly new with zoho crm and so far it has been a stuggle. I can not open an attachment in an email that is in the zoho crm app. When I try to open it, it says that it is an unsupported file. It doesn't matter if it is a jpeg, pdf, word, etc. I can however open them if I go to my email client just fine so I know it isn't a device issue. It's stupid that I have to keep going to 2 different email client areas. I thought the point of a crm is that everything is in one place and saves time. Any help would be great.
