We have activated Zoho CRM -- Ring Central Integration. We can listen to the call recording by Zoho CRM UI.

We need download call recordings by the API.

1. Is there a way to do that? Could you please explain me as I couldn't find it in the API documentation?

2. If we cannot directly download a call by the API, is there a way to get the recording id (id in the Ring Central) using the Zoho CRM API?

3. If above options are unavailable, can we get any link from which we can extract call recording id, using the Zoho CRM API?
