We are using the Zoho CRM with a third party application and using API. We have created a workflow Rule to send an alert on creation of a Lead. It's working fine when we create a lead directly into Leads but it's not send an Alert/mail when we insert a Lead thru the API. 

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
