When setting up Zoho, we created some extra custom fields for the contact mailing address:
Mailing Street (standard)
Mailing Street 2 (custom)
Mailing Street 3 (custom)
Mailing City (standard)
Mailing Province (standard)
Mailing Postcode (standard)
I can layout as shown above in the Modules/Contacts section and it displays correctly on the desktop version, however, this does not replicate in the CRM App. It seems to put the standard fields first and then list custom fields as follows:
Mailing Street (standard)
Mailing City (standard)
Mailing Province (standard)
Mailing Postcode (standard)
Mailing Street 2 (custom)
Mailing Street 3 (custom)
I have applied the reset and sync settings on my iphone and it makes no difference to how it is displayed.
Do I need to make them all custom fields? Any advice on how to solve this issue would be welcomed.
