We are unable to view attachments when logged into the Zoho CRM on Android. We are logged in via the web browser, using the full version of the site (not mobile) on Samsung Galaxy tabs. We've tried troubleshooting with other Android devices, Zoho CRM mobile app, Zoho mobile site, and multiple Zoho CRM logins. 

The mobile site and mobile app don't show attachments of any kind so it's useless. In the full version of the site when you click the attachment (in our case a .pdf) to download: 1- selecting the option to view in Zoho Viewer does not work (again, useless) and 2- selecting the option to Download gives a message that says "Starting download..." but when you check the status you get "Download is unsuccessful" so that doesn't work either. 

When will this be fixed? We have technicians in the field that need to open/download these attachments on their Tabs!
