Zoho CRM Automation Help: Send Email When Fault is Marked as Done & Module Relationships

Hi everyone,

I have the following User-Created Modules in Zoho CRM:

  1. Clients
  2. Assets
  3. Faults
  4. Handymen
  • Every client can have multiple assets.
  • Every asset can have multiple faults.
  • Every fault is assigned to one handyman.

What I Want to Achieve:

✅ I want to create an automation that sends an email to the related client when the fault status is changed to "Done".

Additional Question:

🔄 I also want to know how to create a two-way connection between modules in Zoho CRM. For example, ensuring that when I open a client's record, I can see all their related assets, and when I open an asset's record, I can see the related client.

How can I set this up properly in Zoho CRM?
