Zoho CRM: BCC Dropbox Intermittently Working
Zoho CRM: I am trying to use the BCC Dropbox function with my Outlook 365 interface and having challenges with it. It works occasionally which is more frustrating than not working at all. The contacts and their respective emails are all in place but the email is not being appended to the lead/account. Additionally, your functionality describes the concept if the contact/email is not in the CRM system, it would create a new contact. That is not happening either. I tried recreating my BCC Dropbox identifier to see if that might resolve the problem but the issue remains. Please advise on possible solutions. This is very frustrating.
