Zoho CRM bcc email doesn't work at all

Unlike Salesforce, Evernote and other apps where you bcc to your unique ZohoCRM email address and there is some intelligence behind it, BCC emails simply show up as an email from the bcc email address. It does nothing to identify and account or lead that the email is related to.

This appears to be a stubbed off feature that is listed to catch up to competitors. It is a premium option, unlike Evernote. It is not intuitive. It would take less time to re-type the message in the lead/potential from scratch. This is extremely disappointing and show that while a good start, Zoho CRM has a very long way to go. I am using two accounts, a free account with a temporary upgrade to try and a separate account I have set up for a client.

Unless this feature is fixed, I am recommending that we look at salesforce or sugarcrm.
