Zoho CRM Bookings Integration Plugin

I  have 2 workspaces and each workspace has 2 activities.  When in the CRM and selecting the New Appointment link, Only one workspace with its activities are displayed to select from.  The other workspace and 2 activities are not displayed.

Is this by design or a bug?

If by design, how do you control which workspace can be dispsalyed if an employee is assigned to multiple workspaces?
