I wish there was a little more functionality in the calendar.
  1. A few more options other than "meetings"  - The big one would be something for day off/out of office/unavailable/busy.
    Right now I'm just making an all day meeting called "off" so that people don't accidently book things for people who aren't here but it would be nice to have a better option
  2. ANNOYING: when 1 change the start time it should adjust the end time to the same instead of defaulting back to 1 hr length - so if its on there for 9am to 2pm and I change start time to 10am, it should make end time 3pm (like google calendar does), not revert to 11am
