Zoho CRM calendar not syncing in Outlook

Hello,

We have a couple of users (2 out of 59) that their "Zoho CRM Calendar" in Outlook is no longer syncing with "Zoho CRM calendar" in the CRM.

In short they added their Zoho CRM celendar to Outlook where they can add an event but it's not showing in the CRM.

Note that it works for everyone else so it's user specific and not related to the org.
