Zoho CRM calls integration with the RingCentral plugin for MS Teams
Hello All --
We have integrated RingCentral with MS Teams via the RC plugin. Has anyone determined a way for Zoho CRM to use the plugin instead of using the RC app? Having both Teams w/ RC and RC app running causes multiple prompts when receiving calls.
Google recommended Zoho Flows, but I need help finding how to make it work. I have requested help via the Zoho Flows team. I don't want to pay an extra $10/mo for Flows for this feature, so workaround would be great.
Any help, ideas, or other comments are welcome.
