Can you help to advise as to how to retrieve all contacts under a particular campaign inside the Zoho CRM.
I have multiple contacts under that campaign that I have to export out to excel/csv so that I can manipulate the data/info.
I tried using the report tab and create a CRM report with the columns that I needed.. all seems well with the exception that i cannot have a column with the accounts name (meaning to say, there's no column title Accounts Name). I reference the available sample report under "Accounts and Available report" with the report name "Contact Mailing List" and the Accounts Name is available for me to select as one of the column...
