Zoho CRM Campaign, Closed Activities not logging correctly.
I've set up a campaign within ZOHO CRM. When I close an activity (call, events, tasks), the activity will not log in the ZOHO CRM Campaign view if I add a Contact/Lead to it. It only logs in the Contact/Leads page.
The only way I can get Closed Calls/Events/Tasks to show up in the Zoho CRM Campaign view is if I don't add a lead or contact to the activity. This is obviously not a great fix, because then I either have activities attached to leads/contacts or to the Zoho CRM campaign, not to both. It's a less than ideal situation.
Also, if you are on the Zoho team, consider renaming the Zoho CRM campaign tab. It's highly confusing when you have another unrelated Zoho Campaigns project.
