If a lead/contact unsubscribes from a mass email campaign will we still be able to send individual emails to the contact/lead or will our ability to communicate with the contact be no longer possible (through email)?
This is the main issue holding us back from adding ZOHO Campaigns (for email) to our ZOHO CRM subscription.
