I have a business where people who are looking for accommodations on the island visit my website, look at the properties, use my web form to give me information about what they are looking for. I then contact them with either more questions or just give them options that fit the criteria they are looking for. I communicate with hotels and vacation rental home owners to confirm the details. When the deal is done, I convert them from an 'inquiry' to a 'reservation' and collect the deposit (documented), create a receipt based on data collected via mail merge, print it and pay the owner, minus my commission and then the guest pays the balance upon arrival.
