Hello everyone,

I just started learning Zoho ONE and I have been playing with around 20-25 of the application in the suites. Now it’s time to get certified. I come from the Microsoft side of things where certification have proper name and learning material. They also list everything you need to know that could be tested in the exam.

I am having issue finding the same information for Zoho CRM. I started playing on the spark self learn website but none of the CRM video have names or section that points to what the exam could be.

I can’t find any books that refer to the certification either.

Also are the exam in person like the Microsoft one where you show to the office, and they give you a computer and remove all electronic (post covid). Or do we do them from home and do we have access to our notes or search online in the time allowed?

Just that I did most of the spark stuff and Zoho sent me a mock exam and the first question was not talked in the videos and the link they give in the mock test just came to the default knowledge base was not super helpful.

So any advice would be welcome.
