- Zoho CRM has enhanced its blueprints feature, allowing portal users to be owners of blueprint transitions. This change facilitates more efficient processes, enabling portal users to perform transitions that were otherwise possible only for CRM users. Read this post to know more!
- The Admin tools in Zoho CRM help monitor and remove unused templates, custom views, workflows, and reports to keep the CRM light and within usage limits. Additionally, roles, profiles, and web forms have been added to the scope of the Admin tools. Learn more.
