Zoho CRM product updates:
- Zoho CRM's Voice of the Customer (VoC) solution helps channel customer feedback from different channels and provides actionable insights through dashboards. We're excited to share that VoC, currently in beta, has expanded its capabilities by including Calls as a supported channel. Check this post to know more.
- If you're using old password-based authentication for MS Outlook or Office 365 email integrations, it's time to switch to OAuth-based authentication. It's crucial to update your configuration to the new authentication method to maintain uninterrupted email functionality. For detailed information, refer to this post.
- Introducing the revamped canvas view, replacing our old module view editor with the all-new Canvas builder. Cloning Email Templates across modules in Zoho CRM.
The option of cloning email templates across modules has been a long standing feature request from the Community. Thank you all for being so patient with us. We are happy to inform you all that this enhancement has been rolled out. Just in case you haven't noticed it already, cloning email templates is possible now!
