Zoho CRM product updates:

  • Formula Field Behavior update: Previously, when formula fields were removed from the layout, there was an issue where the system continued to calculate the formula field value in the backend whenever the related fields were updated. However, this behavior has now been fixed. If you choose to re-add the formula field, it will display the original value that was present at the time of removal. For more information, check this post.
  • Users permission relates updates: Zoho CRM's latest user management enhancement introduces the "List Subordinates only" option, restricting user lists in assignment places to subordinates. This improves control and management in areas such as record owner assignment, record sharing, user lookup fields, and note mentions. Additionally, the "Manage Users" permission can now be specified for "Subordinates only" or "All users," offering greater flexibility. These updates significantly enhance user management and collaboration capabilities in Zoho CRM. To learn more, check out this post.
  • Custom Domain Mapping -Zoho CRM now supports custom domain mapping, allowing organizations to rebrand their CRM system with their domain name. Right now, this feature is in its early access phase. Read this post for examples and details on how this feature can benefit your business.

                                                                                                                So we've been having an issue with tracking email opens. Specifically in Gmail. Our emails are not that long either, maybe 4 sections of image/250 characters of text/button per section.  But all my test accounts I used via Gmail we're showing opens. But then come to find out the tracking image is at the very bottom of the email.
