Zoho CRM product updates:
- Formula Field Behavior update: Previously, when formula fields were removed from the layout, there was an issue where the system continued to calculate the formula field value in the backend whenever the related fields were updated. However, this behavior has now been fixed. If you choose to re-add the formula field, it will display the original value that was present at the time of removal. For more information, check this post.
- Users permission relates updates: Zoho CRM's latest user management enhancement introduces the "List Subordinates only" option, restricting user lists in assignment places to subordinates. This improves control and management in areas such as record owner assignment, record sharing, user lookup fields, and note mentions. Additionally, the "Manage Users" permission can now be specified for "Subordinates only" or "All users," offering greater flexibility. These updates significantly enhance user management and collaboration capabilities in Zoho CRM. To learn more, check out this post.
- Custom Domain Mapping -Zoho CRM now supports custom domain mapping, allowing organizations to rebrand their CRM system with their domain name. Right now, this feature is in its early access phase. Read this post for examples and details on how this feature can benefit your business.

Is it possible to update an existing value in a list? For example if I wanted to append text to an existing string value that I had previously added to a list is that possible? I'm able to extract the existing value (get() function) and append the additional text, but can't find a way to add the new value back to the list in the same index location. Hello! I use this formula "=QUERY(ResumoOrdemVencimento!A3:O38;"SELECT A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M,N,O WHERE C != '' ORDER BY C,G")" in Google Sheets but when importing my spreadsheet into Zoho Sheets the formula was not converted. The QUERY function brings data from another spreadsheet, and then I sort and apply conditional formatting. The order of data will change automatically as I update the source spreadsheet. As per the title If a contact calls the office number, the contacts name shows on mobile as long as I have their contact details registered in my crm.
