Product Announcements:

  • Zia Strategy Influencer is a tool designed to guide you with a data-driven approach in defining actionable goals and offering strategies to achieve them. We've recently enhanced it by segmenting contributing factors within the Target Contributors and Anomaly Finder components. This enhancement aims to improve the clarity and relevance of your business goals, enabling you to prioritize efficiently and focus on specific areas, while providing a streamlined approach to achieving your target metrics. Learn more.

  • Zoho CRM has enhanced its export limit to 200,000 records. The revamped feature not only includes the ability to export subform data, set criteria for specific modules, and choose fields according to your preferences but also allows for direct export of records from the list view. This eliminates the need to create separate reports solely for data export purposes. Additionally, administrators have easy access to a comprehensive list of all user exports.   • Zoho CRM now offers calendar synchronization with Zoho Calendar and Zoho Recruit, allowing users to mark CRM calendar slots as unavailable based on events from these calendars. The flexibility to mark unavailability without syncing all the events from these two calendars helps to have a clutter-free CRM calendar. Learn more.

  • The latest enhancements to Subform bring advanced customization options to aggregate fields. Previously, aggregate fields supported pre-defined mathematical functions like Average, Maximum, Minimum, etc., apart from Formula Functions and manual entries. This enhancement now provides the flexibility to define criteria, allowing you to select specific values from the entire column while using an aggregate field. The criteria-driven aggregation for specific and relevant data facilitates the creation of distinct views based on different data categories captured in the sub-forms, making data analysis more streamlined.   • We've recently introduced a new credit system for Circuits, featuring a convenient Pay-as-you-go model for additional credits. This automation significantly enhances the efficiency of your business processes.

  • Zoho CRM's built-in CPQ engine now offers Guided Selling, an interactive feature that helps the sales teams with tailored product recommendations based on the needs and preferences of specific customer segments. By configuring a series of targeted questions, each linked to a specific CRM field from either the primary module or a related module, Guided Selling efficiently narrows down a specific set of products that align with your customer's interests.
