Zoho CRM conference pre planning tips?
We are trying to track all of our leads who will be attending an upcoming conference. We are reaching out to them individually (some via email, some via phone call, some in person), and we want to track who we have contacted and what their response is. We are already using "lead status" for another purpose. We are experimenting with creating a campaign for the conference and using "member status" - but it's not the best solution.
Any suggestions from experienced users?
