we are using Zoho CRM and a VOIP webbased telekommuncation system called
Sipgate.

Is there a possibility to couple those systems?

For example to open automatically the contact as soon as he is calling me.

Or realizing a one click dial from my zoho contact.

Hopefully someone of you will have some ideas how to handle such situations.
