Hi Folks,

i have a question about Zoho CRM / CRM plus and/or Zoho Developer.

We want to develop a complete new CRM for retail shop here in the DACH area.

When i look at Zoho CRM or CRM plus it looks very promising for us. I have a strong Salesforce.com Background.

Well in Salesforce i can enhance the existing Objects / Entities with additional fields and functionality.

I can also add new entities (fe. 1 to Many informations to existing Accounts etc.etc. and ad Workflows and Apex Code when needed).

Can i do the same with CRM / CRM plus ? Or do i need to use Zoho Creator for this ??
