Hello. this is a follow-up issue on a topic that was marked as closed even though the issue wasn't fixed.
To reiterate:
everyone who likes a facebook post ad gets added as a lead to the CRM. this creates tons of useless leads. I've been told that it's actually a setting in the CRM doing this, and not Zoho social, where the option is toggled off. So i was told to visit the setup page on the CRM and do this:
However, when i actualy visit my own CRM setup page, the Social channel does NOT appear in the channels sub-menu, so i don't have access to these settings:

SuperAdmin access, of course. So what do i do? why do the social settings not show up?
