ZOHO CRM does not stay logged in.

We have recently switched to Zoho and we use CRM constantly throughout the day.

All of my staff are reporting that their sessions will not stay logged in.

I have verified everyone selects the "Keep me logged in" option on login, and there are a number of different platforms and browsers being used, so it is not a browser specific issue.

This is incredibly frustrating, as they may go to log a call, and they suddenly need to log in while on the phone.

I have tried setting it up to log in automatically using their google account. This does not extend their session at all.

Is there a fix for this issue?

I have searched extensively, and only found a number of historic threads with the same complaint and no resolution.
