I have just added ZOHO Email to my Zoho CRM.  All looks good and there is an Email tab where I can send emails from.

However the email icon that is shown on the top bar on the right of the contacts page shows no email messages (after selecting all) while there are a few in the email tab.

Also I notice that the email template that is set up in ZOHO CRM does not appear when I try and create an email.

Are they the same thing ?
