Zoho CRM, Email CUTS OFF THE SCREEN in Chrome, Explorer and FireFox
Recently I noticed a very irritating presentation issue when selecting and reading emails or when attaching Documents Direct to DropBox See Screen Shot Below.
Notice the two scroll bars on the right side the inner scroll bar is as far down as it can be moved, however you can see that the screene is cut off completey. It is impossible to scroll to the bootm of the window. If you click on the DropBox window and then press the tab key the Save Button will appear so you can save it, but navigating like this sucks.
NOTICE ABOVE WHERE THE ZOHO WINDOW IS CUT OFF, YOU CAN zoom in or out till you are blue in the face and it does not help the presentation in any way. When you are trying to read a long thread or scrool down to see attachments this makes it even worse.
I wish Zoho would offer a Paid Support service like Apple Does, Yo pay per incident a flat fee. Most of the time I find a problem with Zoho I just get frustrated and (a) learn to live with it or (B) post it to a forum which is also a pain. I am running a business, I do not have time to search through thousands of comments and threads that do not match my issue.
