RE: Group inbound email
A feature that I feel would be useful to ZOHO CRM new email section is "group email"
several companies have it within their CRM programs
it would allow us to set up a group email box and then decide who gets the email and/or auto assign the email to the next in line
that way we know that all public emails have been responded to-we have several public inbound email boxes: info@, sales@
I attached a screen shot of a program I use for another company for your review
this is something to consider to make ZOHO CRM email more useful
is this something ZOHO CRM would consider?
