Zoho crm email not working on professional edition

I have a gmail account i am trying to use with zoho crm. Is there a simple set of instructions to get this setup working. My email is dead in the water even though I have followed the "'documentation" .

Anyone have an idea of what to fix?    I have followed supports instructions but they did not solve the problem. They told me to go to Email -->Settings and add the account info. Which I did but nothing working - except Gmail.com.
