Is there a way to get a read receipt using Zoho CRM email feature?

Thanks for contacting Zoho Mail.

You can choose the option Compose and notice the top pane for dotted icon ( options- beside Trash icon ). Click on it and you will find the option 'Ask Receipt'.

Note:-  In case the recipients mail client does not support read receipts, there will not be any notification to the recipient.
