ZOHO CRM Email system confusion

ZOHO CRM email seems to be 2 separate systems. If you use the email module tab to access email, the features are different than if you access email through the Contact module. The email tab supports the address book, the new drag and drop attachment features, etc. The Contact module email access does not have these features. i.e. no drag and drop and it will not access the address book. This means you have to open another screen to add email addresses, and enter by hand or cut and paste. Also, the dialogue box configuration of the email app for the Contact module is disappointing.  It limits the user view, limits functions, etc. It should be the same as email layout when you access the email tab.

The recent releases of the email enhancements are nice but they do remedy these long standing issues with ZOHO CRM email. A service that we pay for.

Please focus development resources on fixing the core product before adding new features.
