Was recently trialling ZOHO to possibly use in my business. For the most part I was really impressed with the ease of use and features. My main concern is that unfortunately it was always going to feel like I was trying to use something that wasn't quite right for my organisation and that I was trying to fit a square peg in a round hole.
The main areas which I would love to see developed would be:
- Ability to rename default fields. Eg - I would have liked to rename "Shipping Address" to "Street Address" and Billing Address to "Postal Address"
- I could have created new custom fields and hidden the above address fields but then would have lost the ability to link to Google Maps and integrate with the invoices module
-My business provides services but I wasn't able to produce invoices unless there was a product and a quantity selected which is redundant.
- A custom module to add related lists to add extra related lists
- The ability to add more custom quick actions to the task bar on the right.
- the ability to select if tab moves down rather than across in a 2 column form.
- region settings we can choose for phone numbers in Australian format (xx) xxxxxxxx
- delete per-defined views or at least have them appear last instead of first
Just thought I would give my feedback. Possibly others have similar issues.
