I am an administrator, and all of my potentials under my name have events set up.
NONE OF THE EVENT REMINDER EMAILS ARE APPEARING IN MY INBOX.
I have tried refreshing, checking my junk email, outbox, etc., and the result is the same:
nothing.
I have a Microsoft Outlook account as my email.
PLEASE ADVISE ASAP on what must be done.
