please open my steam crm account...and do a search for "complaint#1062020Steam"

There you'll find the our potential customer with phone# ending 2688,... whom did not complete the $6000 sale with us because the email we sent him using zoho crm didn't have the hyperlinks working in it properly.....very odd,...very disappointing...the zoho crm scrambled the email hyperlink and didn't include them properly,..when I went and looked at the recent emailed subject "diligence" to this customer,..I saw the same email we sent him and I saw the broken link strings in that email....all 3-5 of them routed him to strange zoho webpages instead of where we were leading him to.

VERY FRUSTRATING...see the most recent EMAIL with subject titled DILIGENCE....the  hyperlinks failed and instead resorted to a ZOHO.com links instead of the links in the email....costing our company the loss of this sale,...which was a $6,000 USD customer.   I sent an email to zoho , I'm very unhappy about this.  TYson @ steam.     I wrote zoho.com my feedback on Oct 6, 2020 at 1:50am MST.   "I emailed a potential customer this week an email with the subject "diligence"....and inside the email I have 3 to 5 hyperlinks for him to click on and it would route him to the the same link listed on the email....

INSTEAD ! !!!!

the hyperlinks on this email got scrambled in ERROR by the zoho email system.

I am shocked and potentiall lossed this $6,000 customer because the email didn't route the the email cover hyperlinks....if you open the email, entitled DILIGENCE...you'll see that hyper links were written in the email but when clicked on FAILED to reroute to the links...instead they went to some ZOHO webpage....

I potentiall lossed this customer's $6,000 business becuase of it.

Please open that email,...look at the hyper links labeled clearly in that email, then look under the yperlinks and you'll see that the zoho system failed to keep the hyperlinks as I sent them...instead they routed him to some FOREIGN zoho link.

unacceptable.

I've been using zoho for years....this is the first time this email didn't work properly.

PLEASE have the highest level of ZOHO I.T. department look at this HUGE problem that occurred with this custoemr named Christopher King lead,...and the email I sent in the past 4 days to him was titled in subject DILIGENCE.     

very very strange.


he was a prospect and now he questions our ability to be accurate.  please look at that very email tyson@steammentoring.com or tyson@zohomail.com sent him.....  its very disturbing that the emailed hyperlinks in that emailed failed to do their normal job.
