Zoho CRM - Feature Enhancements

Hello!

Yesterday, we made some minor yet important enhancements in Zoho CRM that gives you a better user experience with some of the features. Here is the list:
  • View additional details of an event in the Calendar - Earlier, only the event name and time were available in the Calendar view. Now, you can also see the Related To, Contact Name, and Owner Name details when you hover the mouse on the event in the calendar. This helps you to get the necessary information in the calendar itself.


  • View Modified Time in Open and Closed Activities - Now, you can view the Modified Time of the activity in the Open and Closed Activities related list along with Subject, Activity Type, Status, Due Date, and Owner Name details.


  • Select Module in Customer Support form - In addition to the Request Type and How Critical is your request fields in the Support page, we have also added the Category option. It lists out all the features where a user might have questions. While filling out the form, you must select the category, which will help us automatically assign your question to the support executive, who can give you quick assistance with complete solution.


  • Choose language during sign up - Along with the option to choose the Edition after you Sign up for Zoho CRM, we have also provided an option to select the Language so that you can switch from the default English language to your preferred language (Chinese, French, Portuguese, Turkish, etc.), right from the beginning. You can change the language later, if required. See Also Change Language


  • Improved search criteria in Find & Merge Duplicates - Searching records and merging is made easy with an additional option that comes with the Find and Merge feature. You can save a few clicks by specifying the criteria by which the duplicate records should be filtered and then search for the matching records.
