Zoho CRM: Feature Enhancements

Earlier, we released, MailMagnet - A feature that filters all the customer emails from your inbox and lists them separately so that the most important emails from customers are not gone unnoticed. If you do not know about MailMagnet yet, take a look here. We recently added another option that will automatically separate customer emails on to a folder in your inbox or automatically do the labeling for quick reference later. So that will keep your customer emails organized.

The feature to synchronize Google Calendar events with Zoho CRM has got an additional option. Guests in Google Calendar can be added as a contact in Zoho CRM, which will also be added as an invitee under the event. You may also choose not to add them while synchronizing.

Finally, Professional Edition users can make use of the Reminder option in Workflow Tasks. Lets say, you want a workflow rule to be triggered when a lead is assigned to you. The associated Workflow Task is to make a call. With the Reminder option enabled, it is always nice to get a reminder, just in case we forget.
