Zoho CRM - Feature Enhancements
Hello!
Here is a list of our latest updates in Zoho CRM:
Search Option in the Recycle Bin - A search option is provided in the Recycle Bin that will help you filter out deleted records based on criteria.
Webhooks Failure page - We've made Webhooks monitoring easier by logging all failures with standard HTTP error codes. Next time, when your Webhooks is not executed as per configuration, refer the failure codes and troubleshoot the webhooks configuration.
Activities as the secondary module in reports - Now you can create reports to filter out the leads, contacts, accounts etc. that do not have activities (tasks, events or calls) associated to it.
Delete Report button - While viewing a report, you will now find a Delete Report button that will save you some extra clicks to delete the report.
Deduplicate Leads enabled for Administrators - Earlier, users with the top most Role in your Zoho CRM account had the access to the Deduplicate feature. Now, the users with Administrator profile can also use this feature irrespective of their roles.
