Why the recent change to the Zoho CRM fonts and spacing? Many of the modules are getting harder and harder to read, because the font is not bold enough, and recently you changed font styles. Now there is more "white space" which leads to more scroling, clicking, a real time waster and the fonts are not sharp - grey characters.
It appears there is little regard for user preferences and Zoho just makes random changes without any warning or user input.
Remember, the basic, fundamental purpose of a CRM system is to make it easier to keep track of customer data. You guys are making great progress in a lot of areas, but the UI is a bit dissappointing. It's getting clunkier and difficult to read.
Can we configure our own font styles? It would be useful.
